Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MLTPrep ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. MLTPrep is intended for internationally trained medical laboratory technologists (MLTs) and other healthcare professionals preparing for Canadian regulatory examinations.
MLTPrep is an independent practice examination platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CAMLPR (the Canadian Alliance of Medical Laboratory Professionals Regulators), Prometric, or any regulatory body. Questions are created to reflect the published CAMLPR competency profiles and DACUM frameworks but are not official CAMLPR examination content.
Passing scores on MLTPrep practice exams do not guarantee a passing result on any official CAMLPR examination. The Platform is a study aid only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@mltprep.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is for individual use only.
Upon registration, you receive access to a free trial consisting of 15 curated practice questions per field (up to 5 fields). No credit card is required for the free trial. Trial access does not include timed mock exams, AI-powered feedback, or full question sets.
Paid plans unlock full access to the question sets, timed mock exams, AI-powered study feedback and flashcards for the fields your plan covers. Plans, pricing, and available fields are listed on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.
One-time passes are available from 30 August 2026 and are the only plans sold from 1 September 2026. A pass grants access for a fixed period (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) for the fields you select at purchase. Passes do not renew automatically and your payment method is not charged again. When a pass expires, access to its fields returns to the free tier; you may purchase a new pass at any time from the Pricing page or your Account page. Purchasing a new pass while a current pass is still active replaces the current pass — the new access period starts on the purchase date and does not add to remaining time. Fields not covered by your pass remain on the free tier (15 questions per field).
Auto-renewing subscriptions are sold until 31 August 2026 (23:59 GMT). Subscriptions purchased before 1 September 2026 continue unchanged on the terms they were purchased under, including their price and automatic renewal, until cancelled or expired (see Section 5a).
Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions on the Platform. This means Dodo Payments is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes (including Canadian GST/HST where required), handling billing disputes, and processing refunds or chargebacks according to their own policies. Dodo Payments is an international company and is not domiciled in Canada, though it operates globally and serves Canadian customers. The charge on your payment card statement will appear under Dodo Payments or a related entity name — not MLTPrep. If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at support@mltprep.com; we will coordinate with Dodo Payments on your behalf.
This section applies only to subscriptions purchased before 1 September 2026. One-time passes purchased on or after that date never renew automatically. Legacy paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly) at the price in effect when you subscribed, unless you cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date.
MLTPrep also offers practice material for the ASCP MLS examination at ascp.mltprep.com, sold under the brand MLTPrep ASCP MLS. ASCP MLS passes are one-time purchases (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days of access to all ASCP MLS practice tests) and never renew automatically. Your first full-length practice test is free. One MLTPrep account signs you in to both sites; an ASCP MLS pass grants access only to ASCP MLS content and a CAMLPR plan grants access only to CAMLPR content.
ASCP MLS passes include the same 7-day money-back guarantee, provided you have not completed more than 2 full-length practice tests. To request a refund, contact support@mltprep.com within 7 days of payment. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. After the 7-day window, or if you have completed more than 2 full-length practice tests, all sales are final. MLTPrep is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ASCP Board of Certification.
Promo codes are single-use per account, non-transferable, and subject to expiry dates.MLTPrep reserves the right to cancel or modify promo codes at any time.

All examination questions, explanations, competency mappings, and platform content are the intellectual property of MLTPrep. The CAMLPR competency profile framework and DACUM materials are the property of their respective owners; our questions are independently authored to reflect those frameworks.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Platform for your own study purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create chargebacks without first contacting us. You may request account deletion at any time; your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLTPrep is not liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
